The advantage of living a pebble's throw away from the beach is that we can go anytime we like.... so obviously we don't!
The weekend just gone and it was a scorcher was it not? We didn't have any plans for Sunday afternoon so we went into town to check out the sand pit play area which is located on the seafront. After a good hour's play, we went in search of ice cream and ended up having an impromptu paddle in the sea.
Sometimes we forget what's right in front of us :)
