***** COMPETITION CLOSED *****
We all love a giveaway, don't we? I know I do, and as a big thank you for being part of my little world I've put together another 'geeky box' type giveaway, but, before I get into what I'm giving away I just wanted to say a few words about Bloggers and competitions.....
Yes, we do run competitions on behalf of companies, and sometimes we get sent a copy of what we are also giving away to review and let you all know our finds. But, that doesn't mean we are not humans the screen that you are reading, so when you win from a Blogger, you are winning from a person too not just the company they are hosting the competition for. Why am I writing this? Because I am seeing more and more comments from bloggers that when notifying someone they have won something from their little blog - they just get a name and address reply!
I know 'us compers' have this set up as our signature to make it quick and easy to apply for email competitions, but come on, when a blogger is all enthusiastic that you have been picked for their price no matter the size or value, it actually cuts slightly when no human interaction is returned, just a name and address - some don't even type a thank you!
I, on the other hand, have been fortunate in all but 1 of my giveaways. Every time someone has won I have been greeted with thanks and enthusiasm, and for me, that means so much - especially when it is a competition that I've put together myself, like this one.
Ok, so rant over, shall we get on? You know the drill, fill out the Rafflecopter below, complete as many options as you like, but if I require a follow on Twitter and you follow, click the 'I've done that' task and then unfollowed me before the competition has ended..... that's a disqualification I'm afraid as I check the winner's tasks ... when the competition has ended.
Up for grabs, this month is a new Minion's T-shirt, Star-Wars Canteen thingy, Olaf waiting for warm hugs and a few little bits and pieces.
