I love this book and felt no pictures I took would give this journal justice so I made a short vlog showing the book off so you can get a better understanding as to why I love it.

This journal is a book with 100 art projects inside. Offering prompts and projects, sparks and nudges, ideas and inspirations for activities to reflect, enhance or change your mood. There are beautiful illustration pages that give you exercises to try depending on your headspace Happy, Sad, Angry, Relaxed, Playful, Bored, Wired or Sleepy.
About the Author
Lucy Irving is an artist and illustrator living and working in the lovely city of Brighton, UK. Lucy is best known for her bold and colourful work in digital and sculptural form. She has a playful interest in the world around her - especially the juxtaposition of nature and technology - this encourages her artistic pursuits.So what do you guys think of this journal? It's so beautiful. I love it, I love the idea, I love that I can just create (or try to, we all know by now I can't draw) and not worry about my images being judged, but my question to you is - do you think you'd love it too?
