What better way for your child to go to bed then with these beautiful jellyfish lighting up the way for them.Dreamtex launch recycled bedding
Dreamtex is breaking new ground in 2019 with the launch of the first licensed recycled bedding collection in partnership with National Geographic. In May 2018 National Geographic launched ‘Planet or Plastic’, a multi-year mission aimed at raising awareness of this challenge and reducing the amount of single-use plastic that enters the world’s oceans.
Dreamtex has partnered with National Geographic to launch a recycled bedding collection working with Repreve, the leading performance fibre made from recycled plastic bottles, to create National Geographic designs made from this unique and ethical material.
The Ocean Life “Save Our Oceans” reversible bedding features striking graphics from beneath the sea and calls out exciting and educational facts about famous deep-sea creatures. The jellyfish also glow in the dark!
Other themes within the eco-conscious range will focus on the history of the dinosaurs, wild animals and polar explorers. The second bedding set just launched is the Raptor Dino Explorer!
What's not to love!
What a wonderful, beautiful idea and what a great way to brighten up any future palaeontologist room with the new dinosaur set.We opted for the Ocean Life scene, especially as we spend a lot of time at the beach and my son doing his bit to keep the rubbish out of the ocean.
I thought my son would want the jellyfish side due to the glow-in-the-dark option, but he actually wanted the reverse to start with as he wanted to read the facts.
What stood out for me is the vibrant colours this duvet set has. It also felt comfortable to the touch and my son couldn't wait to get into bed that night.
He's on the top bunk, so I was rather impressed with my videoing skills there.
Focusing on saving our oceans, what better way to show our support than this fabulous duvet set, which unsurprisingly has been shortlisted for the Junior Design Awards.
This single duvet set is currently retailing at £24.99 and can be purchased from Argos, Asda, and Studio.co.uk, with more stockists to come.
