Our Review
This is a great chapter book written in diary format which my son really enjoyed. What he loved the most was he didn't have to read to a chapter,
he could leave at random times, a bit of a novelty for him but it got him reading.
The book is written in such a way that we didn't need to read the previous 5
books to follow the story. That said, we will definitely be sourcing the previous books now though!
The book is funny. With Louis cracking jokes through the book my son actually laughed out loud. A real fun book to read over the summer holidays and to take the children away into the funny world of Louis.
Peter Johnson knows how children think and it's wonderful to see this coming through in this book. Just what we all need.
